Responsibilities

• Assist in planning of PR publicity programmes for HKTB events / promotions in Hong Kong
• Take charge of implementation of local PR publicity programmes
• Prepare press materials and proactively pitch media to generate positive media coverage
• Cultivate close working relationship with frontline media
• Handle media enquiries
• Issue preparedness and crisis management

Requirements

• University degree holder, preferably major in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
• At least 8 years solid experience in the field of public relations, communications or with local media organizations
• Prior journalistic experience is a must
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks Detailed oriented and able to work independently
