The holiday season is a time for connecting with family and this year is no different, we just need to make sure to stay safe as we connect. Whether it's bonding over a festive feast, enjoying fun games, activities and events, or exploring this magnetic city and its magical light shows — spending time as a family is one of life's greatest joys. From tots to teens, and even grown-ups, everyone can join in on the festivities when it's safe to do so, and make unforgettable memories together. Head to the southern tip of Kowloon to experience the city’s most iconic landmarks and indulge in the culinary and cultural arts, all in one day. For a more action-packed and local affair, check out the area of Kowloon Bay for a day of festivities, entertainment and fun.
Visit Hong Kong's most iconic landmarks, and make stops for festive food, fun and spectacular viewpoints of the city.
Have a lazy morning and then kick-off the festivities with fun activities at one of the best indoor educational entertainment zones in Kowloon. Spend a holly, jolly good time with the kids as they hop around Donut Playhouse in K11 Musea and join them in 20-minute play sessions (HK$130 ticket allows entry for one adult and one child) on the Happy Mega Slide and Donut Golf Club. After the fun and games, take a well-deserved break at Donut Café, which offers an array of colourful snacks and beverages to enjoy, such as hot paninis, hot dogs, milkshakes and of course, cute and cheerful doughnuts, along with an AR (augmented reality) game to explore too. In the afternoon, get into the holiday spirit with Maker Workshops to create some unique DIY decorations for the season. There's even a souvenir zone to purchase keepsakes to take home too.
